DELIVERY

Express Delivery

We do not currently offer this service.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days and is available across the UK and N.Ireland.

Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to PO boxes as a signature is required upon delivery.

Our standard delivery pricing is as follows:

Standard Small Parcel: £4.95

Standard Medium Parcel: £7.95
Standard Large Parcel: £9.95


Christmas Delivery 2018

Please complete your online order by Friday 14 December 2018 to make sure that your delivery arrives in time for Christmas.


Click & Collect

After a Click and Collect order is placed we will e-mail you to confirm collection. Your order will be available for collection within 3 working days of ordering. Please bring your order confirmation with you as proof of purchase.

Bespoke Delivery

For items such as sculptures, furniture or other high value, fragile pieces we will contact you via e-mail to arrange suitable delivery dates, times and methods.

All items are insured and properly packaged to ensure a safe arrival.

Our bespoke delivery service is priced on an item by item basis given the tailored nature of delivery. A member of the Brook Street Pottery team will contact you to discuss the options in detail.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery.

General Guide

You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

All items will be delivered to the registered address of the card holder. The option to provide a different delivery address is offered but we reserve the right to verify these details prior to dispatching an order.

If there is any error in the delivery address provide please notify us immediately.

If your order is late or has not arrived after 10 days from dispatch please notify us and we will do our best to resolve the delay.

If the order dispatched to you is incorrect please notify us and we will do our best fix the mistake. Please include your order reference number when you contact us.

Please note that Brook Street Pottery aims to fairly represent the quality of products that we sell. However given the unique, hand-made nature of the products that we sell you might find that they differ slightly to the product images on our website.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Brook Street Pottery we are committed to providing you with quality products however of you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to return it to us for an exchange or refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning the product.

Any product returned to us must be unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request based on the condition of the goods.

We advise returning products via recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

We will only refund a purchase using the same payment method used to place the order.

Custom Orders

All bespoke, commissioned and made to order products are considered ‘personalized goods’ as they are made to a customers unique specification.

Therefore the cancellation or return of a custom order will be subject to a payment calculated by Brook Street Pottery for expenses that have been incurred by the maker.

Please advise us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or return a custom order.
A member of our team will notify you directly of any cancellation charge required.
